Shipping destinations
Shipping options are shown at checkout for eligible delivery addresses. The rates below apply to eligible orders shipping to the United States and Canada.

Standard shipping
Standard shipping is $10 and is estimated to arrive in 5–7 business days from the order date. Orders of $88 or more receive free standard shipping.

Expedited shipping
Expedited shipping is $20 and is estimated to arrive in 3–5 business days from the order date.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Order tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping address
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to request a change, email service@visoddy.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Delivery issues
If your order is significantly delayed or the tracking status appears incorrect, contact us with your order number at support@visoddy.com.
